On Monday-Ran 3 miles Tempo/20 min. Elliptical
1 hour butt-kicking cross training aerobic swim
Tuesday-Rest
Wednesday-Ran 3.5 miles slow and steady/
1 hour abs and leg work
Thursday- Rest
Friday- I plan on running 5 miles/ Weights
Saturday- SPRING BREAK- Panama City here we come for a week. For obvious reasons I will not be going to the gym, but rather doing my work-outs on the beach :}
I want to shed 15 more pounds. I am going to a clean eating plan.

Have fun on Spring Break! While you are in PCB, check out that 2.4 mile Ironman swim for me. OK. You can just do one loop ;-)
