On the website Aflac asked for cancer stories from the lives of the women here in Georgia. I submitted my story and they paid for my entry. How awesome is that!?

My biggest challenge isn't someone else. It's the ache in my lungs, and the burning in my legs, and the voice inside of me that yells can't. But I don't listen. I just push harder and then I hear the voice whisper can. Then I discover that the person I thought that I was is no match for the one I really am.

That is so awesome! I'm doing an IronGirl 10K with my running gals in a few weeks. I did it last year. It was a great experience.
